Since the beginning of 2025, over 362,000 Kazakhstan citizens, including 51,400 unemployed, have completed online training and received certificates through the Skills Enbek professional learning platform.

To date, more than 860,000 users have registered, with 472,200 joining this year alone.

The platform offers over 1,000 courses, including 375 free ones, across various fields. Among its partners are Courstore, Fluent Education, and Yandex Kazakhstan, providing access to advanced educational programs. Course duration ranges from 1 to 72 hours.

The most popular courses in October were “IT and Telecommunications,” “Chef-Confectioner,” “Human Resource Management,” and lessons on tailoring and using the Electronic Labor Exchange.

Skills Enbek aims to improve the nation’s professional literacy, support career development, and promote the concept of lifelong learning. The platform operates on a marketplace model and is available in Kazakh, Russian, and English.

After successfully completing a course with a score of at least 70%, users receive a certificate that is automatically added to their resume on Enbek.kz. Employers can view the acquired skills when searching for candidates.

Course publishing on the platform is free of charge. Authors have access to a course builder, performance analytics, and customizable certificate designs.

Training is available via skills.enbek.kz or the Enbek mobile app, downloadable on Google Play and App Store.
