The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection is developing an AI model to support medical and social assessments for determining disability groups. The system will recognize and structure medical data, assess the completeness of submitted information, match diagnoses with degrees of work capacity loss under the ICD, and generate a recommended decision.
The AI tool aims to improve transparency, eliminate the human factor, and reduce corruption risks. The model is currently being trained, alongside integration of information systems to provide electronic documents and structured medical data.
A pilot test of the new assessment format will be launched after the preparatory stage is completed.
