Macron, Erdoğan, Orban: Prominent World Leaders to Visit Kazakhstan

Foreign leaders will visit Astana for both official visits and to participate in the Turkic States Organization summit

This week, Kazakhstan is preparing to welcome several prominent world leaders, including President of France Emmanuel Macron, President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, and Hungary's Prime Minister Viktor Orban, QazMonitor reports.

Emmanuel Macron, the President of France, arrived in Kazakhstan today at the invitation of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. The two leaders are set to engage in discussions covering trade, economics, investments, and energy during this official visit. Additionally, international and regional matters will be discussed as part of the agenda.

Malgorzata Thouard, the Ambassador of Friendship from the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, highlighted the reciprocal nature of the visit via her Facebook account.

On November 2, Prime Minister of Hungary Viktor Orban will arrive in Astana to discuss the expansion of Kazakh-Hungarian collaboration in trade, economics, investment, and cultural-humanitarian spheres.

Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the President of Turkey, is slated to visit Kazakhstan on November 3, to attend the 10th anniversary summit of the Organization of Turkic States. The summit will include participation from leaders of OTS member states, including Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, and Uzbekistan. Additionally, heads of observer states in the Organization of Turkic States, Hungary and Turkmenistan, will also attend the summit, enhancing regional cooperation and diplomatic ties.
