QazMonitor learned from the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection that the highest salaries on the Electronic Labor Exchange in December 2025 were for the following positions:
production manager – 1.8 million tenge,
mine director – 1 million tenge,
chemical engineer – 1 million tenge.
On the part of job seekers, the highest salary expectations were recorded in the resumes of agronomists-entomologists – 3.4 million tenge, flight attendants – 3.3 million tenge, and computer equipment installers – 2.7 million tenge.
In turn, the most active job seekers were representatives of professions related to social and office employment. In particular, the most frequently published resumes were those of accountants (1,463), lawyers (1,132), and nurses (1,181).
In terms of gender, the activity of job seekers was almost equal: women posted 52.1% of all resumes, men – 47.9%. Women were more likely to seek employment in education, healthcare, and accounting, while men were more likely to pursue jobs in technical and management fields.
The majority of resumes submitted in December were from young people under the age of 35, accounting for 40.8% of the total number of job seekers, including 15.2% from those under the age of 24.
This was followed by citizens aged 35-44 (29.9%) and 45-54 (19.1%), as well as people over 55 (10.2%).
