Kostanay Sturgeon Farm Aims to Double Sustainable Production

Eco-friendly facility leverages advanced fish-farming and digital monitoring technologies

Since 2024, “Kostanay Sturgeon” enterprise has been operating in the Kostanay region, becoming an example of successful aquaculture development and investment attraction. More than 200 million tenge has been invested in the project. The facility uses modern sturgeon farming technologies and digital monitoring systems.

Current production capacity is 20 tons of sturgeon per year, with plans to expand to 50 tons. The enterprise operates using an environmentally friendly recirculating water supply system, reducing environmental impact and ensuring high product quality.

The company aims to supply the region with eco-friendly fish products and build a sustainable sturgeon production system based on innovative and resource-efficient technologies.
