A new production facility for fire hoses has been launched in Aktobe by O’rt tehnika-Qazaqstan LLP, marking a significant step in strengthening Kazakhstan’s fire safety industry and reducing import dependency.
Founded in 2024, the company manufactures high-tech fire hoses used in social, military, and commercial facilities, as well as units of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. The hoses are designed to be waterproof and resistant to high temperatures and pressure.
The launch of the facility is expected to contribute to the development of a local high-tech industrial cluster, strengthen the region’s industrial capacity, and supply the domestic market with locally-produced equipment.
Company Director Askar Abdrakhmanov expressed gratitude for the support received:
“The regional administration provided significant support. As a result, we were allocated one hectare of land in the Industrial Zone. We are now operating in test mode. After the enterprise reaches full capacity, we plan to build our own facility in the industrial zone and increase the amount of production equipment,” he said.
The project represents an important contribution to national industrial development, technological self-reliance, and fire safety infrastructure.
