During the second day of the official visit of the Akmola Region delegation to China, Deputy Akim Ernar Zharkeshov met with the leadership of the major Chinese corporation East Hope Group. The parties discussed an agro-industrial project for deep grain processing in Krasivoe village, Yesil District, Akmola Region.

The project will be implemented in two stages. The first stage, with an investment of $20 million, will focus on the production of animal feed and grain-drying equipment. The second stage involves full grain processing, including the production of amino acids and other high-tech products, with total investments reaching $500 million. The plant’s capacity will be 300,000 tons of processed wheat per year.
