The Kazakh government has approved a draft agreement for the construction of a non-alcoholic beverages plant, QazMonitor reports citing the government’s press service. The corresponding resolution was signed by Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov.

The project will be implemented by Coca-Cola Almaty Bottlers. Total investment in the new production complex will amount to 41.9 billion tenge, with a planned annual capacity of 280 million liters of beverages.

The facility will be equipped with advanced technologies, including environmentally friendly waste management systems that meet international standards. This approach is expected to ensure the plant’s integration into Kazakhstan’s sustainable industrial ecosystem.

The project is set to create more than 120 new jobs in the region.
