Land plots will be made available for long-term lease in the Burabay State National Nature Park for the implementation of tourism and recreational projects, QazMonitor reports.
The initiative aims to promote the development of guest houses, ethno-villages, and other tourism infrastructure facilities within the popular resort area.
According to the park administration, a pool of land plots is being prepared in less-visited but promising locations in order to attract investment and create unique recreational facilities.
“The allocation of land will be carried out in strict accordance with legislation, with full compliance with environmental requirements and protection regimes of specially protected natural areas,” the park said.
